ezeemeal follows a prepaid billing system. Paymnet is taken on every Friday. The customer has to pay on the first Friday after the order starts. Failure to do so will lead to discontinuation
of the service without notice.
The meal delivery would start one day after receiving the order through
phone/e-mail or web-booking.
Once delivery starts, it would continue by default unless instructed otherwise.
The customer can cancel/modify the order. If he/she chooses to do so through
the website, then it has to be done before 09:30 AM for lunch and before 05:00 PM for
dinner. Through phone, the cancellation can be done till 09:30 AM for lunch and
05:00 PM for dinner. Failing to do so would result in the billing of
that particular day's meal. Legitimate cancelled meal(s) would be carried
forward and adjusted accordingly.
Please note that the order placed (15 day or 30 day) can be extended only to a maximum
of 90 days from the start date of the order.
Note: Delivery boys will not take any cancellation orders. It will be the
responsibility of the customer to cancel it through website or over phone. The meal would be placed outside the customer's residence in case of his/her
unavailability. The management is not responsible for any subsequent
misplacement/theft of the meal.
We do not follow any credit system. It is a strictly prepaid billing system. The
meal delivery would be automatically stopped after giving prior intimation
to the customer once the account advance is exhausted. No requests from the
customer would be entertained in this regard.
