What will happen to the diet(s) if I cancel/modify the order.

  • In case you cancel a particular days diet(s), it(they) will be carried forward. In case you modify the number of diets, the balance diets for that day will be carried forward.

How do I cancel/modify my order?

  • We have a well designed, user friendly interface to facilitate order cancellation/modification. Please follow the key to the left on the 'Modify Order' page for guidance. If you still have any doubts, please click here to see a step by step demonstration of how it's done. 

Why am I not allowed to cancel/modify my order after 9:30 AM for lunch and after 5:00 PM for dinner?

  • Our basic concept is to deliver fresh and tasty food to every one of our customers. We start every day from scratch. And like everyone of you,we dont like wasting food. This is why we allow cancellations/modifications only before specific time in a day.

I do not want to open an account and start an order. Instead, I would like to order once in a while (one off). Is this entertained?

  • No. Since we have to deliver to many customers every day and our deilivery cycles are designed with time precision, we do not entertain one off orders. We cannot afford to falter from our promised delivery time to our customers :-). More over, you will not get a feel of the variety we provide through a one off order.

Will I be allowed to change the delivery address of my order once it starts?

  • Yes, you can change the delivery address of the order once it starts. But you will have to do that one day in advance, by calling us.

How long will my account be valid/active?

  • Your account will be active till 6 months from the date of last activity.  

How many times can I modify/cancel my order?

  • You can do it any number of times. All you have to keep in mind is that a 15 day order will expire in 45 days and a 30 Day order will expire in 90 days from the start date. So all the adjustments must be made within that span.

Can I make the payment through the delivery boys?

  • No. We do not encourage this practice. Even two minutes lost because of the payment is important to our next customer waiting for his/her delivery :-).

Can I cancel/modify my order though delivery boys?

  • No. Please use the order modification facility provided in the website. You can also call us before 9:30 AM to cancel/modify lunch orders and before 5:00 PM to cancel/modify dinner orders.

How do I renew my order?

  • You will get a mail/call from us a day or two before your order expires. You could use our website to place the order. You could as well call us to do the same.
